These Terms of Service govern your use of the 1234app site and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accepting these terms

If you don’t agree to these terms, don’t use the service. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you’re authorised to bind it to these terms.

Using the service

• You can browse and download without an account.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with the laws that apply to you.
• We may limit the number of requests, downloads, ratings or reports to keep the service fair and stable.

Downloads and third-party apps

Apps on 1234app are made and provided by their own developers. We check every file and review every version before it goes live, but no check or review is perfect.

• You install apps at your own judgement and risk. Check the requested permissions before installing.
• Your use of each app is also subject to its developer’s terms and privacy policy.
• We aren’t responsible for the content, functionality or behaviour of third-party apps.

Materials from developers

Apps on 1234app are added by our team. Developers who ask for their app to be added or updated represent and warrant that:

1. They hold all rights needed to distribute every file, icon, screenshot and text they send.
2. The name, description, category, screenshots and changelogs are accurate and not misleading.
3. Files contain no malware, hidden code or undisclosed behaviour, and don’t impersonate another app or brand.

Package names and signing certificates are pinned from the first version. Developers grant us permission to store, check, display and distribute the files and materials they send as part of the service.

Prohibited conduct

• Sending content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other people’s rights.
• Sending malware or apps that deceive users.
• Manipulating ratings, download counts or rankings.
• Sending false reports or abusing the report and contact forms.
• Excessive automated access, bypassing rate limits, or trying to access parts of the service you aren’t entitled to.
• Disrupting, overloading or attacking the service’s infrastructure.

Content removal and account suspension

We may reject, hold or take down any app or version, and suspend or ban accounts that break these terms, based on reports or our own findings. Taking down an app disables all of its download links. Suspending an account ends all of its sessions and disables its download links. Where possible, the developer is told the reason.

Intellectual property

The 1234app name, logo, design and software belong to the operator of 1234app. Uploaded apps and materials remain the property of their developers or licensors. Rights holders who believe their rights are infringed can follow the procedure on the DMCA & Reporting page.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will always be available or error-free, or that apps are free of defects.

To the extent permitted by law, 1234app isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of data or damage to devices, arising from your use of the service or of apps downloaded through it.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms from time to time. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We’ll try to resolve any dispute amicably first.
